So yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting Boston , which is one of the oldest and most historic cities in North America , with a very European feel. Not only this but it tries rather hard to preserve all its history unlike New York city which has zero qualms for knocking over brown stones for high rises.
One of Bostons most tourist desired attractions is the Public garden/Park
The Public park of Boston was developed in 1634 and has a colorful political history ( dont worry I wont bore you with the details ;)
The Park's department maintains the Victorian traditions to the best of their abilities.
As you walk through the park to admire the rich and exotic plants with over 80 species
of them are cultivated there for future plantings in the garden as well as more than 50 other locations spread all around the city.
Due to the vast variety of plants and its romantic setting, the Garden attracts many dates and weddings ( as well as senior photo sessions)
Next I took a ride to the Faneuil Hall Marketplace :
Its the perfect place for relaxing no matter the weather :
with its street performances.
Not to mention the not so subtle fairy lights that give it that christmas feeling at night.
Not to mention the street shops and the ofcourse Quincy! ( Its a souvenir shop)
Lastly whats better than ending the day with a Turkish dinner :
Fun fact: Turkish people call roll pizza. (where is my cheese doe).
