Are you one of those people who had amazing plans for the summer but then just stayed home watching Netflix and hoarding brownies , because same.
Brownies are that piece of shit that can go with almost anything: Ice cream, Nutella, peanut butter and what is that thing the Canadians use ? Oh yeah maple syrup , bananas . nuts (ew) and did I mention Nutella? One of my all time favorite recipe is very easy to make and a quick fix for your hunger and also comes with a side of diabetes and heart disease. You are welcome.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 Cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoon butter softened
- 3 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder ( dark)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix your dry ingredients separately and then mix them with your wet ingredients.
- Pour your batter into a greased 8 inch square pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- For frosting mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth
- Eat and die.
