Brownie love




Are you one of those people who had amazing plans for the summer but then just stayed home watching Netflix and hoarding brownies , because same.
Brownies are that piece of shit that can go with almost anything: Ice cream, Nutella, peanut butter and what is that thing the Canadians use ? Oh yeah maple syrup , bananas . nuts (ew) and did I mention Nutella? One of my all time favorite recipe is very easy to make and a quick fix for your hunger and also comes with a side of diabetes and heart disease. You are welcome. 


     Ingredients:


  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 Cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
For frosting: 
  • 3 tablespoon butter softened 
  • 3 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder ( dark)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar 

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix your dry ingredients separately and then mix them with your wet ingredients.
  • Pour your batter into a greased 8 inch square pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • For frosting mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth
  • Eat and die.
